Service and love of others is a central part of the Catholic life and of love of God. We live this out in many ways. As Point Catholic we invite students to our monthly service events. We also encourage them to get involved in ongoing service or bring their ideas for service to share with others.

Point Catholic Service Events
Every month during school we will have a service event. This fall semester our plans include helping at Franciscans downtown, working on a city project, and raking leaves for those who need assistance.
September: Franciscans DowntownSept. 21, 9:30 am-1:30 pm:We will be helping out the Franciscans' ministry by doing some deep cleaning to make the facility welcoming and inviting for the clients.

Ongoing Service Opportunities
KID'S CLOSET
Kid's Closet is a clothing charity that currently works out of Kostka Hall at Holy Spirit parish. Their hours are Monday 9am-11am, and Thursday 2pm-4pm. In addition Point Catholic students open the charity every second Friday from 5-7 Contact Tiffani Mallory at [email protected] for volunteer information. -
Assisting with Faith Formation
Our Faith Formation programs are always looking for catechists and aides. To volunteer for any age group from Pre-K to High School contact Michelle Fischer at [email protected].
