The SpiritFEST Committee would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you who participated in our
parish picnic last Sunday! God blessed us with a beautiful day and there was a wonderful crowd of
people that appeared to really enjoy the festivities.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who gave their time to help run the events, the people who came to set up and tear down;
to the people who baked cakes for the Cake Walk, donated baskets for the Basket Raffle, contributed books to the Book
Nook, donated prizes for the Kids Games; a big shout out to the Scouts who kept the trash and recyclables emptied and
helped clean up at the end of the day; to those who bought Sweepstakes tickets, supported the food trucks and the
KC’s refreshment stand; to the Holy Spirit staff who assisted us in a myriad of ways—answering questions,
providing supplies and assistance, keeping the restrooms clean the day of the picnic and the list goes on.

We want to thank Fr. Steve for his support and his willingness to show off his dancing skills and his talent on the bean bag court!
We are grateful to everyone who supported SpiritFEST in any way. It was intended to be a day of fun and celebration for
our parish and the community at large. We feel that goal was accomplished—and we hope you do too!
