The Chosen,  small group community starting 13 September from 9:00 am -11:00 am. 

Didn’t you ever wonder about the Jesus-followers’  backstories?  For example, how did stately Joseph of Aramathea come to hang with a rag tag group of self-employed, “blue collar” fishermen?  How did they adjust from being free spirits out on the water to taking up crosses and following their friend and Messiah, Jesus ? 

What’s it like to recline at table with your your neighbor, your brother, Jesus?  To walk baking in the sun as He shares His day and you share yours with Him?   

How did they change as they grew to know and love Jesus more?  And as they grew to love themselves and others more?   What changes when we know we’re loved by a God  who takes on human “weaknesses” so to dwell in our midsts and to teach and to save us?
